  • Peak season: 7 nights
  • High season: 5 nights
  • Mid season: 3 nights
  • Low season: 2 nights
For peak season (December–January), we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance as dates fill quickly. For mid and low season, 2–4 weeks is usually sufficient, though earlier is always better for your preferred dates.
  • 7+ nights: 10–15% discount
  • 14+ nights: 15–20% discount
Contact us directly for a personalised quote on extended stays.
We accept EFT (bank transfer), credit card, and PayPal. A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 30 days before check-in.

Property & Amenities

Up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The villa is configured with a master suite, two queen rooms, one double, and a flexible twin room (convertible to king).
Yes. The 12-metre infinity pool is heated and filled with saltwater — comfortable year-round.
High-speed fibre with 100+ Mbps — more than enough for streaming, video calls, and remote work.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Children are welcome, but the pool is not fenced and requires adult supervision at all times. The villa's layout may not be ideal for toddlers.
Unfortunately, the villa is not pet-friendly.
Yes. All bedrooms are made up with 600-thread count linens. Pool and beach towels are also provided.
On-site parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Please note the driveway is steep — see the section below for important details.

The driveway is steep. It is not suitable for low-rise sports cars or large minivans. Depending on your vehicle, you may need to carry luggage from the street to the front door. If you have concerns about your vehicle, please contact us before arrival.

Location & Getting There

Camps Bay Beach is just a 4-minute drive from the villa.
Cape Town International Airport is approximately 30 km away, a 25–40 minute drive depending on traffic.
A car is recommended but not essential. Uber and Bolt operate reliably in the area and are a convenient option. If you plan to explore the wider Cape, a rental car is advised.
Yes. Camps Bay is one of Cape Town's safest and most sought-after suburbs. The villa is further secured with armed response, electric fencing, and outdoor beams.
Camps Bay Superspar is the nearest supermarket, just a few minutes' drive away.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request — please enquire in advance.
The villa uses a smart lock system. Your unique access code is sent 48 hours before check-in along with detailed arrival instructions.

Services & Extras

Daily housekeeping is available at R500 per day (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Additional sessions can be arranged on request.
Yes. Private chef services start from R3,500 per meal for the group. Menus can be customised to your preferences — just let us know.
Airport transfers are available for R800–R1,200 each way, depending on vehicle type and group size.
Yes. Our grocery stocking service is R2,500. Send us your list and we'll have everything ready for your arrival.
Yes. Our 24/7 concierge can help with restaurant reservations, activities, transfers, and anything else you need during your stay.

Policies

  • 60+ days before check-in: Full refund minus R1,000 admin fee
  • 30–59 days: 50% refund
  • 14–29 days: 25% refund
  • Less than 14 days: No refund
A R20,000 refundable security deposit is required. This is returned within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
Events are by arrangement only. Please contact us with details of your event and we'll advise on feasibility and any additional terms.
Yes. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbours.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please use the ashtrays provided on the patio.

Practical Information

  • Summer (Dec–Feb): Sunscreen, sunglasses, light layers, swimwear, and a hat
  • Winter (Jun–Aug): Warm layers, a waterproof jacket, and an umbrella — rain is common
  • Year-round: Comfortable walking shoes, a reusable water bottle, and a light jacket for sea breezes in the evening
Yes. Cape Town tap water is safe to drink and of good quality.
Yes. Pool and beach towels are provided — no need to pack your own.
South Africa uses Type M plugs (round three-pin). Universal adapters are provided at the villa for your convenience.
The villa is equipped with solar panels and a backup battery system. During load shedding, plugs, lights, TV, and WiFi remain powered. The pool pump and geysers are not on backup.
