Privacy notice

This notice explains how Infinity Villa handles website inquiries and minimal analytics data.

What the form collects

The form asks for your name, email address, type of inquiry, preferred dates, guest number, any layout or setup preferences you choose to share, and your message. Please leave out passport, payment, health, or children's personal information.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry to respond about the accommodation, event, or photoshoot you selected and keep track of the conversation if you decide to book.

How it is handled

Your inquiry goes to the Infinity Villa team and is kept with the correspondence needed to handle it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Before submission, selected dates are stored temporarily in this browser tab so they can carry from the calendar to the contact form. The browser clears them when the tab session ends. They are not sent to us until you submit an enabled inquiry.

Keeping information

We keep it while it is useful for the conversation, a booking that follows, or ordinary record keeping.

Website analytics

The site stores aggregate hand-offs to Airbnb and Booking.com so we can compare which listing guests choose. The stored count contains only the platform name and does not contain a cookie, page path, form entry, or visitor identifier.

Cloudflare, which serves this website, also counts page loads and measures page speed. That measurement uses no cookies and no visitor identifiers.

If you allow optional analytics, it also helps us understand which pages are useful and which search or advert brought you here. For that, the page address sent to Google keeps standard campaign identifiers (for example a Google Ads click ID) and the name of the site you came from, and drops everything else in the address. Optional analytics does not include what you write in the form. You can use the website and make an inquiry without allowing it.

If you want to see, correct, or remove the information we hold about you, email booking@infinityvillaontablemountain.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may need to check that the request is really from you.
